Zig Zag is run by experienced and dedicated climbers. We've climbed all kinds of rocks all over the world and we understand what makes a climbing wall fun and challenging to climb on. Furthermore, the unique way that we construct our climbing walls enables us to build complex and exciting surfaces at very competitive prices.
Materials
We build walls from plywood, resin and concrete.
Plywood offers unrivaled versatility for route setting and provided excellent value for money. Our plywood walls can be friction coated or simply painted or a combination of both.
Our Concrete boulders our very resistant to vanalism and require almost no maintainence. Each boulder is hand carved by experienced climbers and sculptors to create a product that is ideal for its inteneded users and looks great too.
Our Resin walls are all custom made. They make fantastic show-pieces and are very attractive to non climbers and are therefore great additions to sports centers, shopping malls etc.
Size and Experience
Zig Zag Climbing Walls Ltd is a small company. All our staff have years of experience building, running, instructing and climbing on climbing walls. We know climbing walls inside out. Every project is managed by the company's directors, so we will pass our experience on to you, first hand, to help you to develop and manage a facility that is perfect for your needs.
Location
Our location is in Sheffield, in the heart of the British climbing scene and a historic industrial centre. This means we have a wealth of resources at close hand with specialist fabricators allowing us to respond to any climbing wall installation and unique requirements.
